Dr Johanna Ward

BA Hons MBBS DRCOG MRCGP Dip Clinical Derm(Distinction)

Dr Johanna Ward is The Skin Clinic’s Medical Director. She is a Consultant Gp with a special interest in cosmetic medicine, dermatology and minor surgery. She studied English at Oxford University before completing her medical studies at Guys, Kings and St Thomas’ Medical School in London. Dr Ward worked in many different medical and surgical specialties including trauma and A&E before moving into General Practice and cosmetic medicine.

As a Gp Dr Ward’s special interest is dermatology and minor surgery. She holds the prestigious postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Dermatology from Queen Mary’s University London. Her dissertation on acne and acne scarring was awarded a distinction from the Examination Board. In addition she is very active in the local NHS Dermatology Community where she can be found consulting and treating patients on days when she is not in clinic. This reflects her commitment to standards of dermatological excellence and ongoing learning.

Dr Ward is an associate member of the British Association of Cosmetic Doctors (BACD) a body of medical professionals working to regulate the medical aesthetic industry. She is also a Hamilton Fraser approved national trainer in Botox and Fillers. Dr Ward is known in the industry for her expertise in non-surgical aesthetics coupled with her passion for anything to do with skin. She is an extremely popular clinician and trainer because she is warm, relaxed and down to earth. Attention to detail and perfectionism have ensured Dr Ward a loyal client following. Some clients even fly back from far flung places like Dubai to get their cosmetic treatments from her personally! It is this standard of clinical excellence that forms the foundation of The Skin Clinic.

Haley Cooper

RGN Specialist Cosmetic Nurse

Haley Cooper is a specialist Cosmetic Nurse. She works closely with Dr Ward and shares her passion and interest in skin health.

Haley worked for many years in Trauma and A&E in Kent before changing her career focus and retraining in facial aesthetics and skin care. Haley trained with one of London’s leading aesthetic clinics on Harley Street and has treated many high profile clients. She is highly skilled in cosmetic injectables, sclerotherapy, Intense Pulsed Light (IPL), Skin peels and Laser. Haley is best known for her warmth and caring manner and is an excellent aesthetic practitioner who listens to her clients and meticulously formulates a bespoke skin treatment program. Dr Ward and Haley work closely together to provide an excellent and seemless client experience.

Celeste Savage

Celeste is The Skin Clinic Receptionist and Front of House Manager. She is responsible for daily bookings and for the smooth running of the clinic. She is known for her warm and friendly manner and will ensure that your time at The Skin Clinic is enjoyable and comfortable. Before joining The Skin Clinic Celeste worked in a busy skin and laser clinic in Kent and has lots of experience in the cosmetic dermatology industry. She is just a phone call away if you have an enquiry and will be happy to help you through any questions you may have. She is also the point of contact for anyone wishing to purchase skincare products without coming into the clinic as she can arrange postage of products out to you. Jorgie Vickers

Semi permanent make up artist

Jorgie is The Skin Clinic’s semi-permanent make up artist. She has more than 8 years of experience in the micro-pigmentation field and was trained by Finishing Touches. Jorgie is known in the industry for her excellent work and is a much saught after practitioner with a very loyal client base. The Skin Clinic are delighted to have Jorgie join the team  and know that clients will be delighted with Jorgie’s outstanding work. Jorgie has a creative flair and an eye for detail and symmetry. She offers free initial consultations that allow you to discuss what you are trying to acheive. Great care will be taken to decide the colour, shape and placement of your micropigment treatment so that the desired results are achieved.

Natali Kelly

Natali is a specialist aesthetic nurse practitioner.

Natali is passionate about skin care and facial rejuvenation and works in close synergy with Dr Ward to ensure a seamless clinical experience. She has a strong clinical background in surgical and operating theatre nursing and holds an Advanced Certificate in Operating Department Practice. Natali gained her aesthetic medicine qualifications and skills at recognised centres of excellence in the UK including Harley Street. Natali firmly believes in natural facial rejuvenation and she is highly experienced in cosmetic injectables (Botox and fillers), dermaroller, mesotherapy and Intense Pulse Light (IPL). Natali is highly skilled in the treatment of acne and acne scarring and works closely with Dr Ward to help promote an understanding about effective acne treatments for all ages. She is also highly trained in the use of ablative radiofrequency (Ematrix) for acne scarring and advanced skin resurfacing. Natali is best known for her gentle and calming nature and her meticulous attention to detail. Her passion for the industry has gained her a loyal following including many celebrities amd high profile clients. Natali is currently studying her Independent Nurse Prescribing qualification at the prestigious Kings College.

Diane Fletcher

Diane is responsible for the smooth day to day running of our Brentwood Clinic.

She will arrange all your bookings , answer any questions and make you feel happy and at ease during your visit with us. Diane loves anything to do with skin health and can tell you all about the different treatments and products that we have available. Before working at The Skin Clinic Diane had her own beauty related business so she is more than capable of ensuring that your experience with us is one that is engaging, educational and professional. She will also assist you with any product queries/sales and enquiries.

Vicki Parsons

Vicki started nurse training in 2005 at Greenwich University with the intention of going into the aesthetic industry. On qualifying, Vicki took her first job in a laser clinic at David Lloyds in Beckenham and then later started in Harley Street as a cosmetic surgery nurse. Vicki trained in all aspects of plastic surgery as well as non surgical procedure’s during her time on Harley Street.  Vicki is currently attending Gloucester University where she is training to be a nurse prescriber.

Over the past six years Vicki has worked in facial aesthetics and has trained in many areas including advanced Botox techniques (Nefertiti neck lift, hyper-hydrosis and lower face Botox). Vicki has also trained extensively with dermal fillers using Restylane, Juvederm, Teosyal and Beletero products which create volume and contour to the face.  As well as the more invasive injectable treatments, Vicki has an interest in skin conditions such as acne and anti-aging and is trained in IPL, skin needling and ablative radiofrequency. First and foremost Vicki is a registered nurse and take’s her responsibility to her clients very seriously. She works with everyone individually to achieve the best possible results.
